Laguna Beach

Introduction

The City of Laguna Beach is a small town of picturesque beaches, hiking trails, a walkable downtown, and summer art festivals. Located in southwest Orange County, Laguna Beach occupies 8.84 square miles, has a population of 23,000 and welcomes six million visitors each year.

There are many areas of Laguna Beach starting with the North Laguna that is located next to Crystal Cove State Beach. It is one of the more expensive parts of Laguna because of it location to Newport and easy access To the freeways to LA.

South Laguna is very charming a very quite part of town, South Laguna has no street lights in the residential area and is a very charming area of Laguna. You can find a small beach cottage to a very large estate.

LagunaVillage has easy access to all of the restaurants and beach downtown. Its a nice place to be able to walk everywhere in downtown laguna.

Arch Beach Heights, has some amazing views of the coastline and can be one of the more affordable area of Laguna to buy a view home.

Mystic Hills is a very beautiful part of Laguna, there are also of new homes in this community because of the 1993 Laguna Beach Fire that lost almost 200 homes.

Top of the World is a beautiful part of Laguna and is relatively flat but is can be a 15-minute drive to be to PCH.

Nyes Place- A beautiful part of Laguna Beach with direct access to beautiful Victoria Beach.

Laguna Beach has a lot to offer with ideal climate all year long. It is a great place to call home if you can afford it. I lived in Laguna for 10 years and I am very familiar with the different neighborhoods and neighborhoods of this beautiful community.
